I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in trauma, chronic illness, depression, and addictions. I also utilize a type of therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). It incorporates a combination of techniques in many traditional psychotherapies. ART works to change the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
